The room was great with an excellent shower.
Check-in was painfully slow. It took nearly two hours due to a poor staffing situation. Despite the long wait, no extra help was provided until well into the line stretching out the door. The coffee situation in the lobby was disappointing because the cups were dirty, and by the time I got to them, there was barely any coffee left.

It was a chic, absolutely fantastic hotel with incredible staff. The location was perfect, at a walking distance from Lower Saxony State Museum. The food they offered was fabulous, had a wide array of meals.

The breakfast spread was quite large and included a nice selection of both hot and cold options.
The shower design resulted in water leaking out into the hallway, which caused a bit of chaos .

Value for money: free internet, free movies, free mini-bar. Excellent breakfast. Good location.
No kettle in room to make coffee and had to ask for iron and ironing board.

the bed and the free movie channels
It was very complicated and nearly impossible to switch off all the lights in room 522. TH emain swith next to the bed switched off all the main lights but switched on the light above the T.V.

The comfort double room was pleasant, but with many complaints, like the slow check-in that took ages and the unfriendly staff who clearly didn't want to help. I also expected some sort of complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but apparently, that's too much to ask. Just couldn't bring myself to give a better review.

A very nice and clean hotel with a few interesting features you don't see in many other hotels like two screens in a room. Great location near city center. Very nice buffet breakfast with a big selection of choices. Great value for moneyq1

Absolutely clean, modern hotel. Facilities - internet access, TV panel, bathroom were very good. My window faced the backyard so it was very quiet. I even saw a squirrel there. Best value for money. Breakfast was perfect, if booked in advance is even cheaper.

the bar
unfairly treated at departure: charged 20 EUR for a 1 EUR power adapter. They could have asked about it. Now I have to send it back to them and get the deposit back
